Loft Studio, East Maitland - peaceful village area

Nestled on the half acre leafy grounds next to the beautiful Victorian heritage home Denver, is The Loft studio. With views overlooking the district to the Barrington Tops, it's private, comfortable and quiet. The Loft sits to the left of the property, has a separate driveway and a private entrance. Perfect for couples visiting the Hunter and business travellers. The space Newly renovated, The Loft is a large space of 12m x 6m. With a luxury king sized bed, ensuite, kitchenette, business desk, air conditioning, TV and ironing facilities, you can settle in and relax. Separate to the main house, The Loft is private and very comfortable. The Loft's kitchenette is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, china, cutlery, wine glasses, tea/coffee making facilities (supplied), a bar fridge, microwave and a small dining setting for 2 at the window with views over Denver's garden. We provide only premium hotel quality linen, feather doonas and pillows for the king bed. The ensuite bathroom also has amenities such as liquid hand and bath soap as well as new, fluffy, Egyptian cotton white towels. Hand towels and face washers are also provided. We do not supply any single use bathroom amenities anymore, to reduce environmental waste. For your comfort there is a sofa plus a business desk for laptop use, with a desk lamp and phone charging. Iron and ironing board are also provided as well as a hair dryer. We can provide extras: full breakfast, laundry service, home cooked meals, and transport - charges apply for these extra services.
