Granis Family House

Our residence is located in an area that is ideal for relaxing, resting and walking. The space This is our holiday home.It is a 2 floor house on the 1st and second floor of the building. The house is located in the area of Lefkimmi (Riglades). A picturesque town at about 45 km from the city of Corfu. It is on the way to ALYKES, where at 1 km you will find the beach of Alykes, the small fish sanctuary, the Venetian warehouses and the lake with the Flamingos. The sea in Alykes is ideal for children, since it has shallow and warm waters. Our region is ideal for rest, tranquility, and walking. Nearby about 500m. there is the village of Lefkimmi where you can find everything you need. Restaurants, cafes, bakery, supermarkets. There is no transportation in the area, so you will need a car. Within walking distance are many other beautiful beaches (Gardenos, Agios Gordis, Bouka, Marathias etc.), picturesque villages and the tourist resort of Kavos. The house is sunny, comfortable for staying up to 6 people, with a large garden and cool terraces. It has all the household equipment you may need, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room with two verandas, garden and private parking. Facilities at the house include WiFi, air conditioning, hair dryer and washing machine. We also have bikes on the house parking so our guests can use them for nearby rides. We do not charge any fees for the bikes but we kindly ask our guests to treat them with respect so others can use them after. If any damage is made to the bikes the guests will have to pay for it.
