The Final Furlong, Bruton

The Final Furlong is one of three purpose built holiday cottages (sleeps 4) situated in a beautiful, tranquil, rural location approximately one mile from the historic town of Bruton in Somerset. It is ideally situated for families or couples wanting to explore the beautiful countryside and visit the many local attractions. The space Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome at the Final Furlong and as we run a private, well equipped competition stable yard it is also possible to bring your horse with you subject to appropriate arrangements. There is access to plenty of off road and quiet lane hacking and there are excellent competition venues close by. Guest access The Final Furlong is newly built and furnished to a high standard and has ample parking space. It has two good sized double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and ensuite shower room and the other set up as a twin room with two single beds. The open plan living space downstairs provides a well equipped kitchen and dining area and a comfortable lounge area. There is also a wet room located downstairs making the property accessible for wheelchair users. The cottage benefits from a private patio area and guests are also welcome to make use of a shared enclosed garden area.
