The space Villa Acqua can accommodate up to 6 people, with 2 master bedrooms (king size bed), one wooden mezzanine with a single bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Both master bedrooms have en-suite bathroom, and there is also a third communal bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the required electrical appliances and tools. There is also highspeed Wi-Fi internet connection and smart TV. The stylish interior offers an elegant fireplace, high quality ceramic tiles and atmospheric recessed lighting throughout. Outside, Villa Acqua has a private swimming pool and a lounge area. Villa Acqua is private, autonomous, filled with trees and flowers, with its own entrance, parking and swimming pool with pool furniture, where you can enjoy your coffee or lunch next to the pool. The villa is located in Marantochori village which is in the south part of Lefkada, just 5km from Vasiliki (max.8 minutes by car); the village has super markets, a bakery, a gas-station and a grill taverna. In Vassiliki you can find many restaurants with different kinds of food (fish, meat, Italian, e.t.c), ATM, medical center, gift shops, water sports centers and a lot of places where you can have wonderful cocktails or relax next to the sea. Also, in 4 km distance you can find Syvota a small village next to the sea with many greek tavernas, restaurants and places where you can chill out peacefully. The nearest beach is 4 km from the villa, named Ammouso, which has a beach bar and a lovely restaurant and there are 2 more small beaches in the same place. The villa is less than 300 meters from the village center, but at the same time is very private, not many neighbors, full of green with picturesque settings and sounds of nature. Other things to note *A message to our Guests about Covid-19* Dear Guests, During these challenging times we hope you and your beloved ones are safe and keeping strong. Knowing how important is to having ensure your safety during your vacations, we would like to take the chance to inform you about the protective measures we are taking in our properties; so you can relax and enjoy your holidays. First and foremost, each property is totally private and secluded, so our guests won’t interact with anyone else, apart from our specialised and trained housekeeping personnel. Further to this upon consulting the local authorities as well as the “World Health Organisation” (WHO), we have adopted a 2-step cleaning approach with a detergent phase and a hot steam one for cleaning and sanitising. Our housekeeping team has been trained accordingly in order to make certain the safety of all parties involved; protecting our team’s health is equally important with our guests. The 2-step approach includes linens being washed through hot-water cycle (90 degrees), all the accessible and hard surfaces being cleaned with hot steam and cleaning products are being used in accordance to WHO’s advice. Additionally, in each property sanitiser has been installed for our guests, disposable gloves and our First Aid kit now includes a finger oximeter and thermometer. Lastly we would like to inform you that the closest Health Centre is located in Vassiliki, in only 4.6 km distance.
