The space When you book my house, you'll have the entire space to yourself. It features three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a separate dining room, and a lounge. The main lounge, accessible from the hall, offers ample comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a cosy living flame fire for relaxing evenings. Adjacent to the lounge is the dining room, which seats six and overlooks the expansive 100-foot garden. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped for all your culinary needs, whether preparing a full meal or light snacks. Outside, you'll find a patio with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the extensive garden space. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, and plenty of space. There's also a twin bedroom with two single beds and a single bedroom. The bathroom includes a convenient wet room design with a toilet, sink, and shower. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house and garden too. Other things to note To make your stay smooth and enjoyable, here are a few quick reminders: > The lead guest (the person who made the booking) must be 21+, provide a valid government ID, and sign our terms and conditions before check-in. We’ll share check-in details once that’s done. > The lead guest is responsible for all guests—no unregistered guests, parties, or illegal activities, please. > No shoes in the house, please take them off when you enter the hall. > Keep noise to respectful levels between 10 PM and 8 AM. A noise detection device is installed to monitor noise decibel levels only—this helps us maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbours.
