Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower. The space A perfect place to stay for one guest. It has the benefit of being completely private and self contained with it's own access, which means you probably wont see the host, but should any problems arise we are only next door and will do everything we can to put it right. Please note that it is joined to the main house on the side and from above, so household noise can be heard from the main house. Guest access Kitchen area Microwave Toaster Kettle Mini fridge Private shower and toilet Wifi Iron and mini ironing board Other things to note Because the annex is attached to the main house on the side and above, we are not a particularly noisy family but daily household noises can be heard. There are teabags and coffee, but I dont supply milk, so do bring your own if you want a drink when you arrive. Otherwise Tesco is only a quick walk away.
