This cozy 60 m² apartment with 2 bedrooms is on the second floor of a detached house. The space We have furnished this apartment with sophistication and attention to detail. You can use our Wi-Fi connection in the entire apartment. The bedrooms with double beds (160 × 200 cm) offer enough space for relaxed nights. One bedroom has a small TV, should you be a late riser. ;-) In the hallway we have set up a cozy reading/coffee corner for you. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and straightening iron, and in the small box you will find utensils for daily hygiene should you have forgotten them. ;-) The possibility to wash laundry is also available. You are welcome to use our washing machine in the basement. There are shops nearby (such as Spar, Merkur, Lidl) for everyday needs. If you want to visit an event at Messe Graz, the infrastructure ideally offers a direct bus connection to the exhibition grounds (the stop is 6-7 minutes (walking distance) away, so you save time and stress when looking for a parking space. Speaking of parking: In front of the house there is ample parking and even free of charge, as there is no parking zone here. Other things to note # €2.50/night/person overnight stay tax # Guests are required to disclose all personal data (as with hotels) # Parking is possible in the surrounding streets for free (no parking zone) !!! Smoking is not allowed in the apartment # Pets are not allowed # Washing machine in the basement # If you are interested in a tennis lesson, you do not want to give up your hobby during your stay in Graz because you could not take your tennis partner with you, we are happy to organize tennis lessons for you.
