Near the Loire – Gîte in a large park

Less than two hours from Paris, enjoy the beauty of nature in this two-level house. A few km from the Loire, Burgundy, the castles of Gien, Saint-Fargeau, Guédélon, the Briare canal, barges, discover the wonders of France! The house is on one level in an 8-hectare park, in a small locality surrounded by woods and fields. Game is never far away! The village with its grocery store and bakery that are very convenient is 3 km away. The space The lodging, an outbuilding of a house that we are renovating next door, is on one level overlooking the garden. The ground floor consists of a couple's bedroom (a 140 wide bed), a smaller bedroom with a 90cm bed, a living room (with a sofa bed for troubleshooting), an equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). Separate WC. Upstairs: Two bedrooms with two single beds each, one bedroom with a double bed (160), bathroom, kitchen, toilet. In the garden, garden table and chairs, a trampoline, sunbeds and umbrellas, a barbecue. Wifi available. For your arrival, upon request, we can provide you with a breakfast basket (€5 per person, to be confirmed depending on the dates). Crib and 2 baby chairs. Children's games, trampoline.
