Studio Loft Murau - in the heart of the old town

Stylish and comfortably furnished loft in the heart of the old town. Beautiful oak floors and modern underfloor heating ensure a wonderful indoor climate. With a free-standing bathtub and an atmospheric bioethanol stove (in an open fireplace), the apartment offers many opportunities to relax. The maisonette is east and west-facing and offers atmospheric light at any time of the day or night. A swing in the heart of the apartment ensures joy and wellbeing. The space The loft is not designed as a child-safe accommodation. The upper sleeping area is accessed via a very steep staircase without additional child safety protection. There are also freestanding items in the living area, such as a large mirror and speakers, which are not specifically secured against tipping over. For young children, close supervision and particular attention from parents are therefore required. Please take these conditions into consideration before booking and decide for yourselves whether the loft is suitable for your children. We appreciate your understanding. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. All furniture and accessories have been carefully selected and coordinated with great attention to detail. You will find beautiful tableware and high-quality glasses for red and white wine, as well as cosy blankets and cushions. The sound system is equipped with a Sonos system and can be controlled via smartphone using Wi-Fi. For relaxing movie nights, the loft is equipped with a screen and projector. You can enjoy films and series in a cinema-like atmosphere using your own Amazon Prime or Netflix account. The main bedroom has a door. The optional bed in the Juchhe is located in an open area and is not separated from the living area by a door. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, cooker with oven, large refrigerator and small freezer. Sufficient cookware, crockery and cutlery are provided. Access The loft is accessed via a staircase with a section that becomes narrower as you go up. The accommodation is not wheelchair accessible. Guest access You have access to the stairwell and the apartment (bicycles / skis can be parked on prior request). A washing machine can be used on request.
