With a free-standing bathtub and an atmospheric bioethanol stove (in an open fireplace), the apartment offers many opportunities to relax. The maisonette is east and west-facing and offers atmospheric light at any time of the day or night. A swing in the heart of the apartment ensures joy and wellbeing. The space The loft is not child-safe, which is why we do not rent to families with small children. We apologize for any inconvenience. Animals cannot be brought along either. All furniture and accessories have been carefully selected and coordinated with one another. There are beautiful crockery and high-quality glasses for red and white wine as well as cozy blankets and pillows. The music system is equipped with a Sonos system and can be controlled via W-Lan via the smartphone. The apartment is equipped with a screen and a projector so that you can watch films or series in a cinema atmosphere via your Amazon Prime or Netflix account. The master bedroom has a door - the optional bed in the "Juchhe" is not separated from the living room by a door. The apartment is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, stove with oven, large refrigerator and small freezer. There should be enough cookware. The access to the loft is via a staircase with a narrowing staircase - not barrier-free.
