We present this luxury 1960s built villa featuring a huge lounge with an opening wall into a games room. 6 Bedrooms (2 en-suites & 1 dressing room). Dining room, living/family room with gas fire, games room, family room with log burner. Mezzanine area. 2 bathrooms. Beautifully private location with outlook across valley/woodland. Located within 5 minutes walking distance to shops, bars etc. Ideally located to St Andrews & Edinburgh, only a 30 min drive away. Train station 8 min drive away. The space The 6 person hot tub is situated with great views and is an excellent way to enjoy your stay at The Fairways. BBQ & Sauna hut is located outside in the garden. If you fancy a game of tennis there is also a tennis court available within the grounds and there is also a pool table situated in the house. Other things to note This is a family venue and the house location is in a residential area - the next door neighbours do have young children therefore would not allow any type of partying. We would request when using the hot tub that there is no noise emitted after 10pm. Unfortunately we have had complaints from neighbours previously and would not want noise from the hot tub/outside area after 10pm which may upset the neighbours again. If this did occur and the noise levels were not adhered to then you may be asked to leave early with no refund. Additional catering services can be provided.
