At street level is the living-dining room with a kitchenette and a toilet. Going down, a bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 people, access to the garden, a bathroom with a bathtub and access to the garage. Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed for 2 people, a bathroom with a bathtub and another bedroom with a double bed for 2 people, another bathroom with a bathtub. On the third level the attic with 4 single beds for 4 people. This house has a parking space. Located in Tredós, 2 km from the Baqueira-Beret slopes. Other things to note – TOURIST TAX. All reservations must pay the tourist tax, which is €1.93 per person per night for the first 7 nights of the stay. Children under 16 are exempt from the fee. – CHECK-IN. From 5:00 pm on the day of your reservation, you have to come to our Alma de Nieve office in Baqueira (Perimetrau, 3, parking 1500, next to the nursery). – CHECK-IN OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS. If your arrival is outside of our office hours, an envelope in your name will be left in the mailbox located in front of our office. We will have contacted you beforehand to inform you of the mailbox code to open it. You will find the keys inside the envelope. -A deposit will be requested upon arrival at the apartment, which will be returned 7 days after check-out after verifying that the house is in the same condition it was in.
