With three double bedrooms, one with double bed and two with two single beds, and two full bathrooms, you will have everything you need to feel at home with, in addition, a private terrace with barbecue, two parking spaces and a complete community area. The space Renovated, all exterior and fully equipped: TV (Smart TV / Digital), Internet / Wifi (High Speed), Nespresso coffee machine, Microwave, Oven and gas stove, Washing machine, Hair dryer, pillows of different hardness, towel sets, etc. Guest access You'll have access to all the property, and we will be available at any time during your stay. Other things to note - Due to legal requirement all guests must fill in their National ID details and pay a government Tourist tax of €2,15 per person per night through an online form, before their arrival. The tourist tax applies to guests over 16 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights. - Smoking inside the apartment as well as events, parties or any kind of loud music or noise are not allowed. - The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets and towels. - The apartment must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs. - Check-ins from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 35€, subject to availability.
