IL PIGIONALE, an old medieval hostel

Il Pigionale used to be the hostel of this medieval village! A stone tower over two levels with a narrow terrace to lead you to the entrance. A grapevine will give you shade while sitting and looking at people passing by on the main square, why not, with a glass of wine in your hand? mostly you will fall in love with the atmosphere of this small Tuscan village. Non touristic, Pergine Valdarno, will show you its everyday life and everyone will make you feel welcome! The space A great house on two floors with modern and also typical Tuscan style. The house it's a great deal for family or friends willing to enjoy Tuscany not only by visiting but also by experiencing the everyday life of a quiet and pretty village. (75 mq – 5 people capacity- 1 double bedroom; 1 twins bedroom and a single bed bedroom- 2 bathrooms w/shower (one ensuite) The kitchen has a fireplace still working: is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stoves and oven, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee machine, toaster. The property offers internet connection, wi-fi, included in the rent. In front of the entrance there's a nice terrace, where one can enjoy a glass of wine, and enjoy of the view over the small square of the village. The laundry room located in the old basement of the house has a washing machine, iron and iron board, frame for clothes. Guest access If you like to discover local life, this is for you. The village has everything you need: there are the shops, the cafe, the public garden, the everyday life of the locals - it's true and it's typical. Very quiet and calm place, with very welcoming people, stunning views and typical products: olive oil is highly produced here and very famous for its production. Excellence also in wine and cheese. A very authentic and quiet place in Tuscany, ideal to rest and yet very central to move around the main visiting sites of the region: Firenze, Siena, Arezzo and all their lands! Other things to note Arrival between 16:00 and 19:00 Departure within 10:00 Any damage to the property or excessive dirt will be deducted from the security deposit. In case the premises are left in critical condition, an additional cleaning fee of €25/hour will be charged for each hour beyond the scheduled cleaning time, with prior notice and documented evidence. Additionally, a €50 charge will apply if guests fail to dispose of their trash.
