THE SPACE = 42 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, composed as follows: - Huge living room with sofa bed, - kitchen, - bathroom with bathtub and toilet, - large closet in the entrance, - Separate bedroom with large closet - and a 10m² terrace with an unfenced garden with an unobstructed view and no overlooking neighbors, with garden furniture. The space --------------------------------------------------------------- ⚠️ Since July 2026, Airbnb has included the cleaning fee (€20) in the price of the stay ⚠️ --------------------------------------------------------------- 👉 THE RESIDENCE Closed and secure, it consists of: - 3 buildings with 2 floors, - a vast wooded and flowery park, - a gym, - a swimming pool open only in summer. 👉 PARKING Your reserved parking space inside the residence is a few meters from the entrance of your apartment building. 👉 CAPACITY For: - 4 people maximum - and one baby (baby bed, booster seat, bathtub provided free of charge upon request). 👉 LINENS All linens are provided for 1-4 guests: - For the bed and the sofa bed: mattress pad, fitted sheet, comforter, comforter cover, pillows with their protectors and pillowcases, bolster with its protector and pillowcase, blanket. - for the bathroom: large towels, small towels, gloves, mats. - for the kitchen: dish towel, hand towel, dish drying mat. 👉 OTHER A hair dryer, Senseo coffee machine, washing machine, toaster, kettle and garden furniture are also available for your use. And also, free of charge: Body wash, shampoo, hand wash, several rolls of toilet paper, Senseo coffee pods, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc., etc. 👉 MISCELLANEOUS - Fiber TV with a multitude of free channels and access to Netflix (your access codes will be required). - Invoice for the stay provided on request. - Only one dog or one cat is allowed (at no extra charge). ⚠️ !! SMOKERS!! = Only allowed in the garden (ashtray available). 👉 👉 THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL .... This little cocoon will be available between 5 pm and 11:30 pm (or maybe even from 2 pm). You will check in independently using a procedure that I will send you around 3 PM (as a PDF via WhatsApp or as a photo via SMS). 👇 - Opening the gate of the residence, - then opening the building lobby door, - Finally, the code lock on the front door of the unit. Right after that, you can pick up the gate remote control from the living room table. I will of course remain available at that time if you have any questions, as well as throughout your stay 😉! 👉 👉 ON THE DAY OF YOUR DEPARTURE .... You can stay until 12:30 PM at the latest.
