The space --------------------------------------------------------------- ⚠️ Since July 2026, Airbnb has included the cleaning fee (€30) in the price of the stay ⚠️ So, if you rent: - 1 night, the total price displayed will include a €30 cleaning fee. - 2 nights, the total price displayed will include €15 for cleaning per night. - 3 nights, the total price displayed will include €10 for cleaning per night. etc, etc ... --------------------------------------------------------------- 👉 THE RESIDENCE Closed and secured, it is composed of: - 3 two-storey buildings, - a huge wooded and flowery park, - a gym, - A swimming pool open only in summer. 👉 PARKING SPOT Your reserved parking space, located inside the residential complex, is a few metres from the entrance to the building where your apartment is located. 👉 CAPACITY For: - 4 people max - and a baby (travel cot, high chair, and baby bath provided free of charge on request). 👉 LINEN All linen is provided for 1-4 guests: - for the bed and the sofa bed: mattress pad, fitted sheet, comforter, comforter cover, pillows with their covers and cases, bolster with its protection and case, blanket. - for bathing: large towels, small towels, gloves, carpet. - for the kitchen: dish towel for dishes, hand towels, mats for draining dishes. 👉 OTHER A hairdryer, Senseo coffee machine, washing machine, toaster, kettle and garden furniture are also available for your use. And, free of charge: body shower gel, hair shampoo, hand wash gel, several rolls of toilet paper, Senséo coffee pods, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc ... 👉 MISCELLANEOUS - Fibre TV with a wide range of free channels and access to Netflix (you will need your access codes). - Invoice for the stay provided on request. - Only one dog or one cat is allowed (at no extra charge). ⚠️ !! SMOKERS !! = Only permitted in the garden (ashtray provided). 👉 👉 ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL .... This cosy little space will be available between 5:00 pm and 11:30 pm (or perhaps even from 2:00 pm). You will be able to work independently thanks to a procedure that I will send you around 3 p.m. (as a PDF via WhatsApp or as a photo via text message). 👇 - Opening the gate to the residential complex, - then opening the building lobby door, - Finally, code lock on the front door of the listing. Just after, you'll pick up the gate remote control on the living room table.
