On the day of your arrival, this little cocoon will welcome you between 5pm and 11:30pm (or even from 2pm depending on availability). You will enter independently thanks to a procedure that I will send you around 3 p.m. (in pdf by WhatsApp or in photo by SMS). I will of course remain available at that time if you have any questions or concerns, as well as throughout the stay. On your checkout date, you can leave the property until 12:30 p.m. at the latest. Instructions will be noted on the front door. The space -------------------- Possibility to stay for several consecutive months with an adapted rate. -------------------- As the owner, I have been fully managing my home since January 2021, when I also renovated it. So I take care of myself: - communication from your booking to your checkout, - and cleaning just before your stay in order to fully satisfy you and for you to have a pleasant time!! -------------------- THE RESIDENCE = Closed and secure, it is composed of: - 3 small 2-story buildings, - a huge wooded and flowery park, - a magnificent brand new swimming pool for residents and my guests open from June to October (according to the authorization of the trustee), - a gym. THE SPACE = 37 m² 2-room apartment on the ground floor composed of: - a living room, - a kitchen, - one bedroom, - a bathroom with bathtub and toilet not separated - several large closets, - and a 10 m² terrace with an unfenced garden with an unobstructed view and not overlooked A reserved parking space is available free of charge inside the residence, a few meters from the entrance to your building. LINENS = All linens are provided for 1-3 guests: - for the bed and sofa bed: mattress protector, fitted sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillows with their protectors and pillowcases, bolster with its protector and case, blanket. - for the bathroom: large towels, small towels, gloves, mats. - for the kitchen: dish towel, hand towel, dish drying mat. OTHER = Hair dryer, fan, Senseo coffee maker, washing machine, toaster, kettle, garden furniture are also available. As well as, free of charge: body shower gel, hair shampoo, hand washing gel, several rolls of toilet paper, Senséo coffee pods, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc. !! In summer, beach towels are provided free of charge for all guests🏊‍♂️!! CAPACITY = Accommodation available for up to 4 people and a baby (baby bed, booster seat and bathtub provided free of charge on request). ANIMAL = Only one dog or one cat is allowed (no extra charge). MISCELLANEOUS = Fiber TV with a multitude of free channels and access to Netflix (your access codes will be required). Invoice for the stay provided on request! ! SMOKERS!! = Only allowed in the garden (ashtray available). SELF CHECK-IN PROCEDURE – Day 1: - remote opening of the residence gate from the intercom, - then open the building lobby door, - finally, code lock on the front door of the accommodation. Right after, you will retrieve the gate remote control placed on the living room table.
