High-speed internet in your room & on the lakeside patios. Coffee or tea is available in the mornings. Dorm refrigerator just outside your bedroom door. Limited kitchen use: Guest are welcome to use the kitchen microwave, toaster, toaster, air-fryer, coffee maker and kitchen dishes & utensils. Stove/oven is not available for guest use. Bath with tub/shower combination. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer provided. Secure, wireless, high-speed Internet for those that need it. HDTV & Blu-ray player in your room. Huge DVD library for use. Washer/dryer-1 load per week. Eco-friendly laundry soap provided. For stays longer than 7 days, your room will be cleaned & bedding washed. We ask that you not eat or drink (other than water) in your room due to prior guest damages. You are welcome to eat at the gathering table in the dining area, on the patio outside your bedroom, or the lakeside patio dining table(a guest favorite). City buses are only a couple of blocks from the front door and service includes destinations including Tempe, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert & Mesa. Guest access Lakeside decks, patio dining table, inside dining gathering table. Kitchen available for coffee, tea & use of the microwave/toaster only. No use of stove or oven. Dishes & eating utensils are available to use. *See 'Other Details To Note' for more information. Washer, dryer (1 load per week) & laundry soap provided. Parking on the street in front of the home or on the opposite side of the street. Please do not block driveways. Clubhouse use has a $25 fee (per reservation not per person) & is for the entire length of your stay. This fee goes to the clubhouse for your passes. During your stay We enjoy meeting people and love to hear and share stories with those that wish to get to know us. We also understand that there are people that prefer to keep to themselves and this is perfectly fine with us as well. You are our guest and we want you to be comfortable and feel at ease. Please let us know if you have any questions about your stay while in our home. Do not bring other people into our home without our approval. We will meet with you when you arrive to deliver keys and go over any special information we need to share with you and answer any questions you may have. We are available at any point during your stay should you have questions or if there are any problems that need addressing. We enjoy hosting! Other things to note *$15 additional charge per night for 2nd guest. Please be sure to include the correct number of guests on your booking request. Reservation must be made by 1 of the registered guests staying the duration. *STRICTLY NON-SMOKING (of ANY kind).... includes inside, outside on the patios and on the boat. *No drugs/parties *We live in an HOA community and all guests are expected to abide by the rules. Quiet hours: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am **NO PETS of any kind due to the safety and health of a family member with severe allergies. We apologize in advance for not being able to accommodate those with service animals. Thank you for your understanding. *Guests are provided a dorm size refrigerator which is situated on their private patio outside the guest bedroom. *Guest are provided 2 shelves in kitchen for storing food items. *Guest are welcome to use the kitchen microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and kitchen utensils. Use of the stove/oven for cooking is not included. *Please, no eating or drinking (other than water) in the bedroom. The dining table & lakeside patio are available for guest use. *Please limit your use of the washer & dryer to 1 load per week so that we can continue to offer the use to our guests. *Only registered guests are allowed at the property unless approved by hosts. *We are licensed with the state of Arizona for short-term rentals. License #21098450 A house manual is supplied for reference and we are always available to answer any questions.
