Three double bedrooms, a comfortable living room with sofa bed, a snug area with single sofa bed and mezzanine balcony, a family bathroom with bath and shower over, two small lavatory, plus a stylish kitchen, and sunny conservatory area with open fireplace completes the exclusive accommodation. Mural decorations and internal finishes of the highest quality enhance your enjoyment. Outside, a spacious covered veranda with dining area, table and chairs, and a gas barbecue overlooks the beautiful English-style, 300-square-metre garden, which is in flower most of the year. There is a small pond, an impressive wrought-iron pergola with natural stone table and seats, and night-time illumination for those romantic al fresco dinners. Relax on the swing chair under the old beech tree, or lap up the sun on the wooden sunloungers. All bedding, linens, and towels are supplied. Free open parking is situated approx. 70 metres from the property. Due to steps upon entry, this property is not suitable for wheelchair users. Albavilla is 9 km from Como, 18 km from Lecco, and 12 km from the Milan-Como motorway. The local supermarket and bakery/bar are only 750 metres away; the bus stop for Como is a 1 km walk.
