It has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a spacious living-dining room with a double sofa bed, a great terrace where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner, protected by awnings if necessary, another bathroom with a shower and a second bedroom with two beds. Both bedrooms have built-in closets. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Other things to note From June 20 to September 14, the OTA (regulated parking) service is active throughout the municipality. Unlike in winter (which is free), in summer this system is introduced to organize parking. So you don't have any surprises when you arrive, here's a summary of how the areas work: 🔵BLUE ZONE (Rotation / General): This is the area where you can park by paying the corresponding ticket. Regular hours (Monday through Sunday, including holidays): From June 20 to 30 and from September 1 to 14: From 10:00 am to 8:00 pm (continuous). From July 1st to August 31st: From 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm (from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm it's free). All-day rates: €5.00 from Monday to Friday / €6.00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. 🟠ORANGE ZONE (Residents Only): This is reserved only for vehicles with a resident card. Please avoid parking on the orange lines, as this is grounds for a fine. 🔴RED ZONE (Short stops): It is free for a maximum of 20 minutes (it is mandatory to get a €0 ticket from the machine). Once the time is up, you have to wait 2 hours before you can park in that same area again. How do I get the ticket? You can do it physically at the parking meters in the town or, more conveniently, by downloading the ArinPark app on your cell phone. It will allow you to get the digital ticket and extend the time if you need to, without having to go back to the car.
