Gøtugjógv Log House, Private room 1

Welcome to our house in Gøtugjógv. We are giving in your hands, our unique and one of its kind house, on the map of Faroe Islands. The house was built at the end of 2018, has a unique character, because it is made almost entirely of wooden logs. Thanks to the use of a unique characteristics and natural structure of the wood, the house has incredible feel and amazing original features. Through the use of good technology and its special design, you will enjoy your stay, comfortable. Through the use good technology and its special design, you will enjoy your stay in a place, which is thermo regulated, with the ventilation and humidity control, to make your stay, comfortable and hard to forget. The room is equipped with a large double bed (possibility of sleeping in two singles). The bathroom is shared with two other rooms and is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. You will be given your own key to your room and free to come and go as you please. There is also free parking outside. Internet acces is included. Towels & bed linen are included. Wash machine/dry machine and SPA are available with an additional charge. The room has a small fridge, kettle, coffee and tea, plates, glasses/cups and cutlery. During your stay Guest rooms are located on the ground floor of the family house we live in. We will be available via text, phone, email or in person during the entire time of your stay. Come and visit us in our house made out of logs. Other things to note Room number 1 does not have a sea view and is offered at a lower price. SPA and laundry services are available at an additional cost. Laundry service is 50 DKK per one washing/drying. Our SPA zone is a space created for pure relaxation. Here you will relax your body and mind. We offer a dry sauna, a tub with cold water and a jacuzzi. It is an ideal place for guests looking for relaxation after an eventful day. The Spa zone is a place where you can relax and continue to enjoy the wonderful views of the sea. Prices for our guests: The sauna and cold water tub is 250 DKK/person, minimum 500 DKK. The jacuzzi is 300 DKK/person, minimum 600 DKK. When using the sauna and jacuzzi at the same time, the cost is 450 DKK/person minimum 900 DKK. You can start using the SPA area at any time agreed with us, however, the maximum time of use is 4 hours and it must end no later than at 21.00. Extra towels, bathrobe and pareo/kilt are included in the price. After making a reservation, the SPA area is exclusive. Payment for SPA is on site in cash. The use of the SPA area requires prior reservation, and is not always available, especially the jacuzzi in the low season from October to April may be unavailable. Please contact us for details.
