House on Aguda Beach

The apartment is on the beach, with a balcony and windows overlooking the ocean. It has a 1st floor and attic, 100 sq. meters: 1st floor - Living room and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom and balcony. Upstairs: 1 double bed and 1 single bed. You have access to the entire apartment if you book for 3 or more people. In this case, you have access to two bedrooms. The reservation for 2 people includes 1 bedroom, living room, kitchenette, toilet, balcony, all on the same floor, no access to the second bedroom. The space Apartamento is situated on the beach of Aguda, Arcozelo, Bandeira Azul beach, 18km from the city of Porto. The town is a fishing village, quiet and safe, little touristy. In the village there is a sea museum, "Estação Litoral da Aguda", a swimming pool, a 25 km wooden road (to Porto), a bike path, restaurants, a fish shop, markets and other stores, and a pharmacy 10 minutes away on foot. A 5-minute walk is the train station to Porto (25 minutes). It has connection to other cities, Braga, Guimarães, Aveiro, Coimbra, Lisbon and all the cities of Portugal. The house has two apartments. What we rent is on the first floor as you can see in the photos. In the back there is a small garden with a small apartment where a family member lives. The house is actually on the beach with a wonderful view of a wonderful village. Just put your foot on the street and you're on the beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. From the balcony you can see all this and enjoy the magnificent sunsets always different and always beautiful. You have access to the entire apartment if you book for 3 or more people. In this case you do not have access to the mansard, where the second room is. The water heating is electric with capacity for 4 showers in a row. Please save water. In the case of long showers, the hot water may run out. In this case, you have to wait about 30 minutes for it to reheat.
