The space The Garden Flat is located at the far end of Alder Cottage, a former cowshed converted into a charming holiday home. The flat has its own private entrance and enclosed garden, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Parking for 1-2 vehicles is available outside the flat garden. The village itself is quiet and peaceful, with access to communal grounds, woodlands, and a public bridleway, perfect for leisurely strolls. The flat is located next to the Blackerton Ecocentre, where the owners reside. Situated on the edge of Exmoor National Park, yet only 20 minutes from J27 of the M5, it's ideally placed for exploring Exmoor's stunning landscapes and the beautiful beaches and attractions of North Devon. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to all rooms within the flat. They are also welcome to explore the communal woodlands on-site, perfect for dog walking, and enjoy walks along the public bridleway that runs through the village, providing access to a variety of scenic routes. Other things to note We ask all guests to arrive by 10pm, to minimise disturbance to our neighbours.
