Quercegrossa - 10km - Siena, a light, sparkling clean one bedroom apartment, 2 bathrooms and private entrance to patio. 1. Double bedroom - bathroom. 2. Living/dining room - bathroom and double sofa bed with:- *Very small kitchenette (limited cooking facilities - microwave, portable single induction hob - no frying). Coffee machine and kettle, small fridge. Wi fi , Air-conditioning. 2 people, (2 extra guests - sofa bed). Beautifully decorated and accessorised. Free private parking. The space The apartment is beautifully decorated in a clean, fresh, modern style and accessorised with all the requisites of a perfect stay. The adjoining shared terrace gives an extra space in which to sit and relax in the sun, maybe with a glass of Chianti wine! Guest access The apartment is for the sole use of the guests. There is a connecting door between the two rooms which can be left open or locked shut. Both rooms have a private front door on to the shared terrace. It is on street level and has free private parking. In the village very close to the apartment there is a great bar/ restaurant , two supermarkets one with a coffee shop, a hairdressers, a laundry and (1km) a stunning swimming pool complex with a restaurant and bar. We have a local community center where you can book to play tennis and in the summer there are lively festivals held here. Other things to note Our home lies adjacent to the apartment and we are here to welcome you and help or assist as much or as little as needed. We are close to Siena (10km) and convenient for the private hospital Casa Rugani (2km), both can be reached by bus. Bus stop 50 meters from the apartment. In the summer there is a beautiful swimming pool complex (1km) with a great restaurant and bar. In the village there is a lovely bar/restaurant (70 meters) and we also have two small supermarkets one has a coffee bar.
