The bedroom and living area are connected by an internal door, which can be left open or locked for added privacy. Both rooms also have their own private entrance from the shared terrace. The apartment is on street level with free private parking directly behind the property. Within a short walk you’ll find an excellent bar/bistro, two supermarkets (one with a café), a hairdresser and a self-service laundry. Just 1 km away is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool complex with a wine bar and restaurant. The local community sports centre offers tennis courts, and during the summer the village hosts lively festivals and events. Both are easily reached by bus, with the bus stop just 50 metres from the apartment. During the summer, a beautiful outdoor swimming pool complex with a bar and restaurant is just 1 km away.
