The space The house is situated in the centre of a small park once part of the Tolroy farm Manor, with trees all around and grass areas leading to the house from the car park. The site is just outside Hayle town center on the Helston road, which offers harbour, 5 miles of golden sands overlooking St.Ives bay. It is about 15 minutes walk from Hayle to Tolroy Manor. The park is split into 3 areas and in the centre the Manor house offers a small restaurant, bar and club house open later with entertainment nightly for children and Adults. There is a play area squash court tennis court and shop. Inside the main building is the indoor heated pool & sauna. No 20 offers its own wi fi in house. The bedroom make up is as follows. Full size 3ft twin beaded room with x2 sets of draw units and double wardrobe. The king room offers full size King bed 5ft with fully sprung base and mattress, TV, hair dryer, iron & board set of draws and double wardrobe, room for cot if so required we can provide ready. The cot comes with mattress, quilt and pillow and linen. The third bedroom offers double 4ft beded room with fully sprung base and mattress double wardrobe with draws. Who wants to start making beds when you come on holiday, mums put your hands up. This house also comes with full bed linen ready made up (but not towels) included in the price worth minimum £50 per stay which most other houses do not offer. The main open plan living area offers flat screen digital TV L shaped leather sofa, reclining chair and full size extendable table with 6 full size sprung leather chairs. C.D player and mood lighting in front bar and wall cupboard. Underfloor heating, hot tap no kettle, thermostatic controlled wall fire with lighting. The kitchen is full size containing ample storage , washer dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, convection oven, matching crockery and cutlery for 12 settings, fridge with freezer box and ice cubes, coat and shoe storage. Sidboard contains games and cards etc for all ages. The downstairs shower room offers pressure shower with colour code water. Toilet, basin, light mirror, heated towel rail. Upstairs full size bath with hand held hair wash. Concealed toilet basin heated towel rail good size bathroom. The property guests have the use of the on site facilities from March to November. The site offers Bar, restaurant , squash court, play area, laundrette, Indoor Pool and sauna, snooker room, shop, family room, games area, tennis court, outdoor seating. Guest access There is ample car parking near our house for more than one car. It is situated approximately 8 houses away around 90mts , via lit concrete pathways. The club house is approximately 4 minutes walkway from the house (no noise) and offers bars, pool, sauna snooker room, restaurant, squash & tennis. The shop is opposite the Reception . You can walk down hill to Hayle from the site in about 15 minutes. In Hayle is Bird paradise well worth a visit and a small fishing harbour with an ASDA and LIDEL store as well as many restaurants. Opposite from the harbour you can see St.Ives across the bay and it takes just 10 minutes to drive or ride by train or bus. Other things to note This house comes with full bed linen and bath mats but not towels. Also has bed linen for cot, provided. Please read the operation manual provided before operating all the equipment and electronics on the premises. There is ample parking for more than one car or van.
