This is a two-story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo with a full fridge, stove, microwave and all the kitchen utensils and glassware. The space This is a remodeled two-story condo near Old Town Scottsdale. You can literally walk across the street to the Fashion Square mall where there is a free trolley service that can take you anywhere downtown. If you like to walk, it's an easy stroll to the Entertainment District, Arts District and Old Town. Walk out the door and you are 3 or 4 blocks from all the action, yet on a quiet street away from noise. Camelback Mountain and its Cholla Trail is also an easy walk, just a few blocks to the west. The main bedroom has a memory foam king bed. The second bedroom has two single twin beds. There is plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. The bedrooms share one full bathroom upstairs. There is another half bath (no shower) downstairs. The condo has high-speed wifi internet and two TV's equipped with Fire Sticks. Guests use their own logins for TV. Guest access You will have access to the entire 1,000 square foot unit. Two bedrooms and a full bath are upstairs. Living areas, a powder room and a full galley kitchen are downstairs. There is a small patio outside the unit to enjoy our beautiful Scottsdale evenings. The condo complex has four heated pools and gas grills for outdoor cooking, along with patio areas with tables and umbrellas. Other things to note Though I feel that everyone should have the freedom to make their own decisions regarding such things, illegal drugs and smoking (of any kind) are prohibited in the condo. I want to keep the condo smoke-free for the comfort of future guests. I don't want any illegal activity in my home. Please respect that. This condo community is primarily adults, so we do not allow children under 12. The condo is not equipped with safety features for younger children.
