*No Smoking allowed on the property* The 215 is a newly built, 1 bed, private entry apartment, nestled in the heart of the Viewmont area of Hickory, North Carolina. Conveniently located just 1.5 miles from LR college, just half a mile from the YMCA, and within walking distance to some of hickory's favorite restaurants including Fourk, Backstreets and Starbucks. The 215 is pet friendly, we do require a $20 pet fee. The space The 215 is dedicated, isolated space with private entry and covered parking. This is a basement apartment and me (host) and my family live upstairs. You can expect to hear normal floor to floor noises, as you would living in an apartment or staying in a hotel room. You may see myself, my kids or the dog in passing. You will not be bothered, but we are just a few steps away in case you may need any assistance during your stay. There is central heat and air but no separate climate control. There is a space heater provided for additional heat. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee for EACH PET. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. Please be sure you inform us of your pets include them as guests on your reservation. Violation of this house rule will result in a $150 deposit/cleaning fee.
