Beautiful, quiet apartment for 2 people in the middle of the beautiful Hochsauerland. Free parking is available at the property. Hikes can be undertaken directly from the apartment door. In the village there is a small shop, bus stop and a hotel restaurant. The space For all prices, the city tax of €2.50 per person per night is added on site. This is to be paid in cash. It's a non-smoking apartment Dogs are also welcome - €3.80 per night per dog The apartment is located in a hiking area at an altitude of about 450 m. The apartment is therefore not in the high mountains and so there is NO snow guarantee. We are also not in the south and so have NO guarantee of sun. Please be aware of this BEFORE booking to avoid misunderstandings. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance. Check-in is between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Please agree on a more specific arrival time beforehand. Check-out is by 10 am Please ring the bell on arrival and departure. The key is handed over in person. If any questions arise during the stay, everything can be clarified by phone. Available until 8:00 pm. In the mornings, possibly not, since the house also includes a guesthouse and I am busy in the morning with breakfast and other work. Other things to note The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, small kitchen with breakfast table for 2 people, refrigerator, mini oven, 2 hotplates, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, bathroom with shower/toilet, living room with sofa, TV and access to the balcony. Free parking and free Wi-Fi (works best in the living room of the apartment)
