RiverBend Modern PNW Stay

Newly remodeled bathroom and cozy bedroom. Our home is located on just over a half acre property that used to be a rhododendron farm, with a few of the original plants still on the property. We’re conveniently located minutes away from PeaceHealth RiverBend hospital in Springfield, OR and just a few miles away from Autzen Stadium and downtown Eugene. The space The space has a seperate locked entrance for guest use with an electronic keypad. The space is part of the main structure of the home, but private and closed off from the rest of the home. Space includes a new Vizio TV, fridge, and microwave. No smoking allowed. This a great space for travelers, medical staff working at the nearby Riverbend Hospital, and those on work trips to the area; however, our place is not well designed for a romantic getaway. Other things to note You may see our adorable golden retriever Charley in the front yard and she loves to make new friends.
