Located in the heart of Gévaudan, our medieval house (4 ears) is an ideal place for those wishing to spend a relaxing, friendly or sporting holiday (tennis, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, swimming pool, canoe…) in a very rich natural environment. Located in the heart of Malzieu,ranked the most beautiful village in France, you will have a charming house with sauna and all comforts. In this refined and cozy atmosphere you will feel good. Please read through all the information The space When my children were little I told them very often the book "La Maison tout de Travers" and they told me, every time, laughing:"like our house in Malzieu..." After 2 years of renovations ,it is with pleasure that we let you realize that some walls lean ,some doors are not rectangular... This is what makes the charm of old houses full of History and stories . Our cozy house of 70 m2 welcomes you with: On the ground floor: a living room with its cast iron pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen "as at home" (Nespresso, dryer, raclette machine, etc.), a living room with a large friendly table and cozy living room where you will find many guides on the region (hikes of St Jacques de Compostelle; gastronomy...),books ,many board games and music. Upstairs a sauna and two pretty bedrooms equipped with walk-in showers (with hydromassage water jets). Free WiFi, VOD movies (not included in the price of the stay; to be paid on-site according to use). "baby" equipment available on request. Sheet rental (€10 per bed) on request Linens rental (€6 per person)on request Linens are provided (towels and shower outings). The mandatory end of stay cleaning is not included in the price. You will be asked for an additional €40. Other remarks: Heating pellets: outside the summer period (June 15 - September 15) a bag of pellets / day is included in the rental price. Beyond this consumption or during the summer period if you want to enjoy an outbreak, the price of the bag of granules will be charged 5€ (to be paid on site). Electricity: 8 kVA per day included in the price of the stay. Beyond that, the payment will be made according to the EDF rates in force (to be paid on-site after reading the meter). During school holidays, 7-night bookings will be prioritized. Finally, to allow you to arrive whenever you like, a key box is available for you. Wishing you to make the most of your Lozerian stay . Guest access With the exception of the 2nd floor, the whole house will be open to you. In the cellar you will find snowshoeing games, skateboarding, pétanque balls...
