Located in the heart of Gévaudan, our medieval house (4 épis) is an ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing, friendly or sporty vacation (tennis, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, swimming pool, canoeing...) in a very rich natural environment. Located in the heart of Malzieu, classified as the most beautiful village in France, you will have a charming home with sauna and all comforts. In this refined and cozy atmosphere you will feel good. Please read all the information The space When my children were little I often told them the story of the book "The House of Travers" and they told me, each time, laughing: "like our house in Malzieu..." After 2 years of renovations, we are happy to let you know that some walls are leaning, some doors are not rectangular... This is what makes the charm of old houses full of history and stories. Our cozy 70 m2 house welcomes you with: On the ground floor: a living room with its cast iron pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen "like at home" (Nespresso, dryer, raclette machine, etc.) a living room with a large friendly table and a cozy living room where you will find many guides on the region (hiking from St Jacques de Compostelle; gastronomy, etc.), books, many board games and music. Upstairs, a sauna and two nice bedrooms equipped with walk-in showers (with hydromassage jets). Free Wi-Fi, VOD movies (not included in the price of the stay; to be paid on site according to use). Baby equipment available on request. Bed linen rental (€10 per bed) on request Linens rental (€6 per person) on request Linens are provided (tea towels and shower towels). Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price. You will be asked for an additional €40. Other remarks: Heating pellets: outside the summer period (June 15 - Sept 15) a bag of pellets/day is included in the rental price. Beyond this consumption or during the summer period if you want to enjoy a flambé, the price of the bag of pellets will be charged €8 (to be paid on site). Electricity: 8 kVA per day included in the price of the stay. Beyond this, payment will be made according to the EDF rates in force (to be paid on site after meter reading).
