The property is located 5 minutes' walk from the gorgeous Malibu beach and one minute walk from the 7/11 minimarket. It is located along the main road going through Chaloklum. The small pier & center of the village are just 1 km away. Every Sunday it comes alive with music and local food market to enjoy. The space The living space includes: * A living room with ceiling fan, air co, smart TV & sofa * A dining area with a table and chairs * A kitchen with fridge, induction cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle The two bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a ceiling fan. They both have a Queen Size bed and a wardrobe with hangers. The bedrooms are 14 and 11 sqm. Please noteTHERE IS NO WINDOW in the smallest bedroom. The bathroom is western standard, with toilet & walk-in shower The apartment is located on the first floor (upstairs), it has a street side terrace (with two chairs and one table) and a rear terrace with washing line. The residence has a beautiful swimming pool to cool off during hot days. It is shared with the guests staying at the residence. We recommend the guests to rent a scooter or a car to visit our beautiful island ! However, a complimentary cleaning service (including bedsheets and towels change) is offered every 10 days for long term stays over 20 days.
