Villa Elda is an absolutely lovely 6-bedroom / 7-bathroom property, built using the typical stones of this area of Tuscany. Recently renovated, the villa combines charming, traditional characteristics with all of the comforts of modern living. Its position in the mountains above Cortona provides breathtaking views out over the valley. The property is composed of 2 independent buildings, the main house, and a nearby annex. The main house has two floors, and on the ground floor you will find a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and an additional sitting room with access to the garden and pool outdoors. On the top floor there are four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one of these rooms is connected to an external terrace. The annex, just a few steps away, also has two floors. The ground floor has a living room, one bedroom and one bathroom, while the upper floor has another bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi. All of the bedrooms have queen beds. The villa also includes a laundry room with a washing machine. There is an incredible outdoor area where you can soak in the views of the Tuscan landscape surrounding the villa while taking a refreshing dip in the pool or relaxing on the lounge chairs. Enjoying your meals outdoors is a must, with both a BBQ and a pizza oven, and of course an area with a table and chairs so you can enjoy dining in the open air.
