NETFLIX, dining table, kitchen, bathroom, coffee machine & coffee, toaster & iron, you can make yourself comfortable on your double queensize bed. Regardless of whether you want to relax after a hard day's work, a long day at the trade fair or from shopping or sightseeing in Stuttgart & surroundings - you've come to the right place. Coffee? Help yourself to the Nespresso machine. In addition to a few basics such as spices and Co., the kitchen is fully equipped. Additionally there is a chargeable minibar. You can simply watch your favorite film / series on Netflix on the Smart TV. The double quensize bed (140x200) is freshly made ready for you and offers you the necessary sleeping comfort so that you are in top shape again the next day. There are enough fresh towels in the bathroom. You will also find numerous other bathroom accessories there. Guest access The train station Echterdingen is practically on the doorstep in just 100m. The bus connection 814 is only 150m from the house. If you are traveling by car, you can safely park it in the underground garage of the apartment. Supermarkets & restaurants are within walking distance. Other things to note The Echterdinger brewery is practically next door. The Wirtshaus zur Schwedenscheuer or the Paulaner on Kirchplatz are also very recommendable on foot in 350m. Just one S-Bahn station further, you will find what is probably the most beautiful and largest beer garden in the region in summer, the Schwabengarten in Leinfelden. Early Checkin 12h/late Checkout 12h upon request - 20€. Since we're a vacation apartment, we only provide a basic supply of toilet paper and no coffee. You can also see it in the amenities list. Please bring your own. Parking is free, but only for cars up to a normal height of 1.65cm.
