The space The studio is equipped with: balcony with access to Amur Boulevard, refrigerator, microwave oven, flow-through cold water purifier, coffee making equipment, kettle, toaster, dishes, washing machine, LED TV, fast wireless internet, ironing facilities, double bed, sofa bed. We will take care of clean bedding. In the kitchen area you will find a standard set necessary for a small breakfast: toast, coffee beans, coffee under the press, milk cream, tea, sugar, sweets, jam, eggs, salt, pepper, butter, sunflower oil, drinking water. In the bathroom you will find a professional hairdryer and ALL the necessary toiletries. If there is a shutdown of hot water, we have a boiler. In the evening you will be pleased with game attractions and colorful singing fountains. The embankment of the Amur River is newly restored and is a great place for a morning run in a quiet serene environment, with a new 50-meter outdoor swimming pool all year round.
