The apartment is equipped with 3 bedrooms, one of which has its own small bathroom, a large bathroom, a well-stocked kitchen and a parlor made of Swiss pine. The apartment also offers a terrace with breathtaking views and a large garden. The space Opposite the apartment is a bus stop for the ski bus in winter and public transport. For ski novices, the Rinner ski lift is recommended. This is located next to the Spar grocery store in Rinn at a distance of 500 meters. On request, the village bakery offers a bread roll service every morning. Restaurants can be found in the neighboring villages. Guest access In our newly renovated apartment, you can use it completely for yourself. With a booking for 2 people, 1 bedroom will be made available. When booking 3-4 people, 2 bedrooms are available. When booking for 5-6 people, the entire apartment is available. On a spacious terrace and a beautiful garden with an idyllic stream, you can fully enjoy your vacation. Other things to note The local tax of €3 per person per night is collected on site with the registration. For this, the Welcome Card is available free of charge from the first night with numerous discounts for mountain railways, swimming pools, bathing lakes and free public transport. From three nights, there is the Welcome Card Plus, which offers free and reduced mountain railway rides in addition to the services of the Welcome Card. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be deposited in cash. You can expect to see your refund upon departure. The damage deposit will be refunded in full in cash after the property has been inspected and no damage has been found.
