The facility is located on a small hill in a small bay in the mountains. Therefore, it is a place rich in nature and scenery, and despite the coastline, the sound of the waves and the chirping of birds provide a rich background music. It's also great for stargazing at night. It was originally created as a vacation home in Kumamoto. We opened this facility because we liked the mysterious landscape. I think it will be very satisfying for those who want to relax. * Currently (April 1, 2025) the hot spring is not available due to a failure of the underwater pump, so we will be using heated tap water. Thank you for your understanding. There is currently no expectation of resuming. * If you are having a barbecue, please bring a net (40 × 60 cm), charcoal, lighter, and seasonings. * No condiments are available at the facility. The space The room is a spacious 90 ㎡. Basic facilities Kitchen, WiFi, TV, washing machine, air conditioner Kitchen utensils, cookware Pot / frying pan / rice cooker / rice paddle / microwave / bowl / knife / kitchen tongs / ladle / spatula / dishes (cups, chopsticks, plates) * We do not provide condiments for hygiene reasons Essentials Towels, sheets, hand soap, toilet paper Bedding Futon set (mat, futon, pillow, sheets) Bath, washstand supplies Face towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, disposable amenities (toothbrushes, body wash towels) Futons: We provide double beds for up to 2 people. From the 3rd person, a mattress will be provided. About using the parking lot 1. Parking is available on the premises. Two cars are possible. (Free) 2. We are not responsible for any accidents, thefts, etc. in the parking lot. [Precautions for using barbecues in the yard] 1. Please bring all the necessary items such as a grill (60 × 45 cm), charcoal, igniter (including lighter), ingredients, seasonings, etc. 2. After use, you can leave the grill on the terrace when you leave. 3. Please put the remaining charcoal in the stainless steel charcoal container. 4. Please clean up so that no other garbage remains. 5. This is a quiet villa area, so please be considerate of your neighbors. 6. Fireworks cannot be used (all types). Guest access The facility has an electronic key. We'll let you know how to unlock the electronic key on the day of your stay. Other things to note There is a stove on site where you can enjoy a barbecue. Security cameras are installed at the entrance of the facility. As soon as we confirm that the number of guests exceeds the number of guests declared, we will request a penalty from Airbnb at a later date.
