Jaiyen, Thai for ‘calm heart’, is a homely space designed for your mind, body, & spirit. It is a safe space to recollect your thoughts, write, paint, create, or just relax and find inspiration in the surrounding nature. We offer healthy plant-based meals, in-room massages, private yoga lessons, island activities & friendly animals. The space The space is set on the quieter Western beachfront of tranquil Koh Yao Noi. By hiring a scooter or taxi, which is highly recommended, you can access everything on the island within 20 minutes. A bicycle is also perfect to rent on this island which only has two hills. The rooms are spacious natural domes, with king-sized beds and the option for an extra sofa bed. There is an outdoor gym, infinity pool, and a pavilion serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The whole property offers a view of the calm Phang Nga bay waters and surreal limestone cliffs. Guest access The entire resort facilities are accessible to guests. Other things to note - AirBnb sometimes does not collect payment for extra guests (more than 2) or pets unless stated explicitly in your booking confirmation. These will need to be paid upon arrival. Extra guests 12 yrs+ are THB 1000/person, /night. Children 2-12 yrs are THB 500/child, /night. Up to 2 pets are allowed at THB 500/pet, /night. Please check your booking confirmation fine print. - Traveling with pets: the island inhabitants are predominantly Muslim, so please take precautions to conceal your dog safely during transport so as not to alarm the locals. A travel bag will suffice for small dogs or a travel cage for larger dogs. You also have the option of taking the car ferry across from Krabi if driving. - We do not have credit card facilities. Payments at Jaiyen can be made in Cash, Crypto, via Pay Pal, or Transferwise. - We live on a small island. That means island time, island power, and island vibes. Please adjust your expectations accordingly.
