The space Sea Breeze Studio is completely furnished and equipped to allow our guests make the most of their stay and enjoy the stunning sea views and surrounding breathtaking nature. The villa is 130 metres above sea level, enjoy a swim in our pool or in the crystal clear waters of Mylokopi beach (600 metre walk) Sea Breeze is the perfect retreat; relax, take in the sea breeze and let nature do the rest. Guest access Please Note: Please note: The access track to the Villa (500m) is challenging for standard vehicles, an SUV or 4X4 vehicle is therefore strongly recommended. Guest have access to the whole independent apartment, exclusive swimming pool and the entire property grounds. Other things to note The villa is 130m above sea level. The scenic beach of Mylokopi is approx 15 minutes (600m) walk down a pine tree lined track. You will find two bays next to each other, perfect for swimming and snorkelling in its crystal clear waters. The access track to the villa (500m) is challenging for standard vehicles, an SUV or 4X4 is therefore strongly recommended. Forest Fire Risk Please Note: Lighting any fire in the property is prohibited as the risks of forest fires are extremely high. Extreme care should be taken with any naked flames (cigarette butts, candles etc.) It’s illegal to light a fire during the summer months (June - October) SEA BREEZE STUDIO is nestled in pure nature, off the beaten track, surrounded by stunning natural forests and crystal clear beaches, the nearest Shops and Restaurants are found in Perachora 7 Km.
