Casa Illa de Arousa, California!!!

Large house on the promenade of Illa de Arousa, the heart of the Rías Baixas. Ideal for a few days of rest, visiting the area (O Grove, Cambados, Sanxenxo, Cíes, Santiago, La Toja, Pontevedra), enjoying its paradisiacal beaches, its natural environment and the fabulous local cuisine. The house has 7 double bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a covered terrace for children to play, 2 bathrooms/1 toilet, patio with covered gazebo for parties and stone fireplace (barbecue). Large garden. The space The house is located at one end of the urban center of the island's village, a quiet area, with access to the promenade. Supermarket on the street itself, just a few meters from restaurants and other services. Very close, on one side of the house, the coastal route that goes to the Punta Cabalo lighthouse begins. Along a twenty-minute walk between pine and eucalyptus trees we will find several beaches to enjoy. On the other side of the island we find the Carreirón Natural Park, with small coves to enjoy privacy and nature. On the island you can go hiking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, cycling or kayaking (with which you can tour the beautiful coast of the island or sail to the island of Areoso, a short distance away). Guest access The whole house is always rented. House registered as a tourist rental. Other things to note There is a free garage in the house (2-3 cars) and free public parking on the street itself. Pets are allowed but please ask first. House rules on pets and tobacco will be sent in advance. As well as the tourist rental agreement and the deposit conditions.
