In the last two years it has been renovated, resulting in a property that has all the modern amenities combined with the charm of the old! In the first renovation, the bathroom was completely changed and a solar water heater was installed for hot water 24 hours a day. In the second renovation, the old exterior frames and the main entrance were replaced with new energy-efficient ones and the kitchen was completely renovated. Regarding the decoration of the house, all the have been selected and placed in the spaces to give color harmony, relaxation and tranquility. Just 50 meters separate the house from the sea and specifically from a picturesque with crystal clear waters, surrounded by trees. It belongs to the prefecture of Fokida, but is only 22km from the enchanting Nafpaktos and 40km from the Rio-Antirrio bridge Antirrio Bridge and the University Hospital of Patras. Also 45km away is the cosmopolitan Galaxidi and 75km away is the Archaeological Site of Delphi (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Also, 4km from the village you will find yourself in the nearby settlement of Chania, where you will take the tourist boat to go (in just 5 minutes) to the unique inhabited island of the Corinthian Gulf, the enchanting Trizonia. All of the above, as well as the beautiful villages of mountainous Nafpaktia, are ideal destinations for day trips. In Sergoula Beach you will see the preserved watermill and waterwheel with arched arches next to the river of the village. In our village you will find everything you need, very good food in the beautiful taverns, coffee and drink in the bars, pastries in the bakery and in the neighboring village of Glyfada, which is 3km away, a supermarket, a butcher shop and a pharmacy.
