It has a total of 119 square metres of space. All bed linen and towels provided Combi boiler for heating and hot water All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and bedside furniture The beds can be either singles or joined to form superkings. Hairdryer provided Master bedroom has French doors opening onto river views with en -suite bathroom 2 further bedrooms all furnished to a high standard. Bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. Both bathrooms have a heated towel rail. Kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. Free unlimited Wi-Fi. Large dining table (seats 6) Large fridge freezer with water cooler. Hob, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Large lounge area with French doors opening on to river views Comfortable 3 and 4 seater sofas with large snuggle seat. Coffee table and lamp tables provide cosy ambient lighting. Flat screen HD LED free view TV with DVD player and selection of DVD Hallway is light and spacious with ample coat hanging provision. There is a comfortable armchair and book area for quiet reading in the inner hallway with large velux window looking out to the river. Guest access Guests will have the whole upper floor penthouse and own door located on the second floor. Note that there is no lift but stair access. Other things to note There is a large external lock up store next to a private parking space. I provide sanitiser inside and outside the apartment I provide extra cleaning supplies for exclusive guest use I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists using approved products and wearing protective gear.
