We know you are on vacation and we want you to make the most of it, but we ask for this care and consideration for the neighbors. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, including the common areas of the condominium, where the 400m² swimming pool is located, perfect for enjoying the sun and the peaceful environment. Detailed instructions will be sent before your arrival. 📍 Location Tavira ✅ Market, only 200 meters from the apartment, with fresh produce. ✅ 4 Águas - Ria Formosa at 1 km. ✅ Supermercado Mini Price 400 meters from the apartment. ✅ The apartment is located on the ground floor. 🕒 Lardio Check in Early & Check out 🧳 Early check-in: You can leave your luggage in the apartment starting at 11:30 am and return for check-in between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm. ⚠️ Note: The apartment will be available and ready for check-in only between 3 pm and 4 pm. 🧳 Late check-out: You can leave your luggage in the apartment until 2 p.m. However, cleaning starts at 11:30, so we would appreciate it if you could leave the apartment at that time and only return around 2:00 pm to collect your bags. 🛏️ Towels and Linens ✅ Each guest will have a bath towel. ✅ The bathroom will be equipped with 2 face towels. ✅ The beds will be ready, with sheets for all the beds. 🧹 Stays longer than 7 days Intermediate ✅ cleaning (including change of sheets and towels) available for a surcharge of €90. ✅ If you prefer, we can leave an extra set of sheets and towels, allowing you to make the exchange at no additional cost. 🏠 House rules ✅ No parties or events allowed. ✅ It is not allowed to have more guests than those specified in the reservation. ⚠️ Penalties will be applied for violation of these rules. 🐕 Rules for those who bring your dog For the well-being of all guests and neighbors, please follow the following rules: 🐾 The dog cannot walk loose inside the condominium. It should always be on a leash. 🚫 Needs must be made outside the condominium. Please always collect the waste. Animals that are 🐶 not used to living indoors or that bark constantly, disturbing the remaining guests, are not allowed. Outside 🌳 Space The space outside the apartment is common to the condominium, so it is not allowed: 🚫 Placing any object beyond the small outside table and chairs. 🚫 Extender outfit, except for the pool towels. Condominium 🏊 Pool The swimming pool is part of the Bernardas Convent, and its use implies compliance with the following rules: ✅ Service Hours: from 9am to 9pm. 🚫 It is not allowed to take buoys, mattresses, boards or other objects into the pool. 🚫 It is not allowed to book sun loungers. ✅ Please keep the sun loungers in place and close the umbrella after use.
