Bed Set Up for Bedroom 1: 1 x King or 2 x Single. There is no capacity for extra beds so if you are bringing your child/children they will be sleeping in bed with you, (not on sofas or blow up beds). We can offer cot beds on request for infants. The layout consists of a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops, a living/dining area and an ensuite bathroom to each of the 2 bedrooms. Comfortable bed(s) with soft linen. The bed(s) will be made up ready for your check-in and can be set up as a king / two singles. The bathrooms are compact but high spec fully tiled, with fluffy towels and luxury toiletries. (WC, Basin and Shower). There are 3 steps leading into the kitchen. There are also steps leading into the building however once inside this apartment is on the 4th floor but there is a lift! Any concerns about mobility access please contact us before booking. PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to make a booking for an arrival today, you only have until 4pm to book this property Guest access Prior to your arrival date we will email you the entry code to the building along with information on how to collect your key. Harrogate is a very safe town but we are centrally located so we have taken extra safety measures to ensure our guests are safe and secure at all times. There is 24 hour CCTV covering all communal areas and the entrance. We also have an out of hours security team who visit the site regularly to keep an eye on things for us. Other things to note Should you wish to extend your stay whilst here, please let us know as this may be possible subject to availability. You may check-in anytime after 4pm on the day of your arrival. All guests must have checked out by 10.30am on the day of departure unless you have pre-arranged an 11.30am late check-out prior to your departure which is available for £15.00 as an added extra. Every apartment comes complete with a Guest information file that includes appliance instructions etc and information on the local area. LOCATION AND ACCESSING YOUR APARTMENT All our apartments are located at Spa Building 18 Kings Road, Harrogate, HG1 1BT. We are not always on site, so it is extremely important you bring with you the arrival instructions email, that we send you a few days prior to your arrival, as this will provide you with all the details you will need on how to find us, where to park and how to access your apartment. The email will include an entry code into the building and another code to open the lock box in the entrance area that holds your apartment key. It is very important that guests print and bring with them the arrival instructions email. Without this you will not be able to enter your apartment, as you will not have the access codes! The email will be entitled "URGENT REPLY REQUIRED: Your important check in and arrival instructions..." For your safety : No code means no entry! Always close this entrance door after use and do not let anyone in that does not have the entry details. Just a few key points we need to mention to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us: • You may check-in anytime after 4pm on the day of your arrival and all guests must have checked out and returned the apartment key to the lock box by 10.30am on the day of departure, unless you have pre-arranged with us to add an early check-in/late check-out to your booking. (DO NOT ENTER THE APARTMENT BEFORE CHECK-IN, EVEN IF A KEY IS IN THE LOCK BOX. THE APARTMENT MAY STILL BE OCCUPIED!) • Due to the nature of a self check-in serviced apartment, regrettably we are unable to offer storage of luggage prior to check-in/after check-out. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. • There is a dedicated PARKING page on our website for guests to see what parking option works best for them. There is NO PARKING on site. The closest free on-street parking in Harrogate is approx 8 minutes walking distance to the apartments. A public pay and display car park is immediately behind the apartments (charges apply) • Before you leave, please wash-up/set the dishwasher going and place your rubbish in the bins provided. Lock the apartment door and return the key to the lock box. Thank you. • Strictly NO-SMOKING (inc e-cigarettes) in the building. Should anyone smoke then a £200 charge will be immediately taken from the card used to make the booking and all members of your booking will be removed from the property without refund. • We have a strict no-party policy. Any disturbance may result in all members of your booking being removed from the property without refund. • For the security of everyone in the building we do operate 24hr recorded CCTV in the communal areas. The information is kept on-site in a secure location and access is restricted. • Our Security Team visit the building periodically outside of office hours.
