Ludogîte 4*, 6-8 pers, 30 min futuroscope

On a 4 Ha estate in the middle of nature, 20 minutes south of Poitiers. The site includes a 4* gîte classified as furnished tourist accommodation for 6 people (up to 8 with the sofa bed). You will also have access to the games in our games library of 2000 board games. La Baudo hosts board game evenings in a fun restaurant/café atmosphere, where you can eat, have a drink and... play! Outdoor escapes for adults and children are also offered on site. The space Designed for both individuals and professionals, the site has several features. We are at the same time, a gîte, seminar room and we also offer fun activities in a private setting but also for team building. We can therefore offer complete packages cottage + seminar room + activities + geodesic dome. Catering is possible on site by us or our catering partners. The gîte: Former farmhouse of the fief of Chambonneau and its castle which is located about 2 km away, the 110 m² cottage is composed as follows: - a living room with a dining area (with period bread oven) and a lounge area (this area can be used as a debriefing room for a small group) - a fitted kitchen, equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, range hood, food processor, tables and chairs - a bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 bed (with TV) - one upstairs bedroom with a 160 bed (with TV) - a second bedroom upstairs (in a row from the first) with a 160 bed or two 80 cm beds. (with TV) - a sofa bed in the common areas - bathroom with walk-in shower (washing machine and dryer) and separate toilet -Above-ground pool (shared access with us) - private garden -access to the vacation rental's game room and large room upon request The advantages: The tranquility of the countryside and games for everyone! We provide our above-ground pool and give access to our game library on request. We offer to give you a board game animation in order to share our passion with you. The cottage is full of surprises hidden here and there for experienced players and for the most novice. Everyone will find something to suit them, young and old alike. Additional information: For children we can provide the necessary childcare equipment (stroller, bathtub...) We offer outdoor and indoor escapes that we have developed. Remember to book! Pets are welcome under certain conditions (our dog is present on the grounds), the grounds are fully fenced. Linen and cleaning are provided at the end of the stay A security deposit will be required upon arrival. On-site parking Other things to note Possibility to book treasure hunts (escape outdoor) adults and/or children on our estate La Baudo is also a professional seminar venue. We offer the rental of our seminar room that can accommodate up to 100 people. An on-site geodesic dome increases our accommodation capacity to 12 people
