Hello! Welcome to our cozy Airbnb home for the 2024 summer season! We're excited to host you for a minimum stay of 30 nights. Please note that our check-in and check-out days are available on the 1st, 15th, 30th, or 31st of each month. We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible and look forward to welcoming you to our space! The space Welcome to Nimka House! Our four carefully designed apartments are perfect for guests seeking a modest, yet comfortable home away from home. Fully furnished and ready to host families and groups of friends, our apartments offer the ideal base to enjoy the stunning natural beauty, pristine sea, and underwater treasures of Karaburun. Each apartment boasts views of the peninsula’s most beautiful bays: Mimoza Bay, Bodrum Bay, Saip Village, and Ambarseki Village, which stretch across the slopes of Bozdağ to the right. You’ll also have a panoramic view of the town center. Thanks to our fantastic location, you can easily walk to the nearby attractions: 3-minute walk to Mimoza Bay (400m) 2-minute walk to Aslanburnu Rocks (250m) 6-minute walk to Alman Bay (600m) 12-minute walk to Bodrum Bay (1200m) By car, Bodrum Bay and Incirli Bay are just 3 minutes away (1000m), and Kuyucak Beach is 8 minutes by car. Apartment Access: Our house has two separate entrances. Guests use the stairs on the left side to reach their independent apartments via the yellow main entrance door. Each apartment has its own private balcony and is completely separate from the others. Apartment 3, the one you’re currently viewing, is perfect for groups of up to 3 people. Located on the first floor, it’s accessible via stairs (no elevator). The homeowners reside on the garden floor and enjoy complete independence from the guest apartments. Amenities: The apartment is equipped with all the kitchenware you need to cook. Just do your shopping, and you’re ready to go! The apartment includes a washing machine, refrigerator, and mini dishwasher. We also provide fresh bed linens, pillows, and bath towels (head and body towels) for the number of guests staying. Please Note: We follow a no-ironing tradition at Nimka House, as a summer house custom. All linens and towels are washed at 60°C and dried in the sun. Upon check-in, you’ll find one roll of toilet paper and one paper towel in each apartment. Additional supplies (toilet paper, detergent, etc.) must be purchased by you. Each apartment is equipped with a dustpan, broom, and mop for light daily cleaning. Extra cleaning supplies are not provided. For guests who prefer detailed cleaning, we offer an additional cleaning service for a fee. A rental agreement will be signed for the duration of your stay. Barbecues are not allowed on the balconies. However, you can enjoy barbecuing in the common outdoor seating area, which is covered by an orange sunshade. Balcony awnings are installed during the first week of May and removed at the end of September. Your electricity and water usage fees are not included in the rental price. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. We kindly ask that you dispose of your trash, leave dishes washed or put away, and gather used bedding and leave it on the bed.
