2 bedroom house w/ 2 double & 2 twin beds, near UR

This furnished whole house consists of a fully-equipped first floor kitchen, dining room & living room, and 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Each bedroom has a 2 person (full/double) bed and a twin bed. (The twin beds are not shown in the photos, but are present.) There's a small front porch, and an adjacent shaded green space for relaxing outdoors. 2 cars can park end-to-end in the driveway to the left of the house, steps from the front door. A washer and dryer are provided in the basement. The space The house is set on a street with only 5 other houses, 4 of which I own or co-own. I live nearby, and own houses on all 4 sides of this place. It has hardwood floors in all but the kitchen and the bathroom (which have linoleum floors). Guest access You will have exclusive access to driveway, yard, porch and entire house. None of the spaces are shared. Other things to note This is a no inside smoking / vaping house. Smoking or vaping on the porch or in the yard as long as all smoking materials are safely extinguished and disposed of.
