The large garden invites you to relax with the whole family. The apartment serves as an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling and motorcycle tours. In the immediate vicinity is the city of Monschau, the Hohe Venn, the Eifel National Park, the Rursee and many other excursion destinations! Parties are not permitted. The space The apartment is on the ground floor of a detached multi-generational house. From the spacious hallway you reach not only the 3 separate bedrooms, but also the open-plan dining and living area. The large kitchen with its own cooking island invites you to cook together and has oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, kettle and other practical kitchen helpers. From the kitchen you continue to the dining room with seating for 12 people and two small children. The adjoining living area, with its large seating area, flat-screen TV and fireplace, offers the opportunity to end the day together in comfort. An additional sofa bed serves as another sleeping option here. From the living room you can access the conservatory. Here is the access to the garden and you have a wide unobstructed view of the same and the surrounding countryside. Bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed. In two bedrooms, there is also a bunk bed. In addition, two cribs, diaper buckets, changing mat with molon towels, baby bath and buckets, toilet seat and potty and a step stool are available for the very little ones. Bathroom is sanitized with a senior health. It has walk-in shower and elevated toilet. Cosmetic mirror and hair dryer are also available. A guest toilet belonging to the apartment and a separate shower are accessible on the intermediate floors in the hallway. For the four-legged family members, we have dog blankets and bowls ready. In the garden you will find seating and lounging facilities, booking and roofing platforms provide natural shade. A barbecue can be used for the culinary. Parties of any kind (bachelor and bachelorette parties, etc.) are not allowed in the apartments and on the entire premises.
