Ca la Caterina - spacious and charming house

Ca la Caterina is located in one of the most beautiful villages in the Ampurdán, Peratallada. A small medieval village, declared a "Cultural Asset of National Interest", with a wide variety of restaurants and small shops. Located in the "Empordanet", its location is unbeatable. Surrounded by fields, forests, charming villages, close to the beach and wonderful coves. Ca la Caterina is a charming, spacious, and bright townhouse. Ideal for spending a few days relaxing with family or friends. The space Ca la Caterina consists of three floors: ground floor and two more. The ground floor is ideal for staying cool during the summer months and being able to relax. Also for storing bicycles..... The first floor consists of a living room with several sofas and a fireplace, a large kitchen-dining room, and a bathroom. On the second floor there are three double bedrooms: one with a small terrace, and a bathroom. At the top of the house there is a very quiet terrace overlooking the village. Peratallada has a tourist tax of €1/person/day and must be paid by those over 16 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights. IDs/passports are required upon arrival. Peratallada is 15 minutes from the beach and the beautiful coves in the area.
