Ca la Caterina - spacious and charming house

Ca la Caterina is located in one of the most beautiful villages in the Ampurdán, Peratallada. A small medieval village, declared a "Cultural Asset of National Interest", with a wide variety of restaurants and small shops. Located in the "Empordanet", its location is unbeatable. Surrounded by fields, forests, charming villages, close to the beach and wonderful coves. Ca la Caterina is a charming, spacious, and bright townhouse. Ideal for spending a few days relaxing with family or friends. The space Ca la Caterina has three floors: the ground floor and two more. The ground floor is ideal for staying cool during the summer months and for relaxing. Also for storing bicycles... The first floor consists of a living room with several sofas and a fireplace, a spacious kitchen-dining room and a bathroom. On the second floor there are three double rooms, one of them with a small terrace, and a bathroom. At the top of the house there is a very quiet terrace overlooking the village. Peratallada has a tourist tax of €1.75/person/day, which must be paid by those over 16 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights. It is mandatory to present IDs/passports upon arrival.
