Villa Elefra is located in Santa Margherita di Pula, in one of the most elegant and reserved condominiums in the area. The condominium has two beaches and an area dedicated to sports and recreational activities. The villa is 100 meters from the sea and is surrounded by a 2000-square-meter pine forest, with private parking and swimming pool. The house, on two levels, consists of a dining/living room, a veranda, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. The house is suitable for up to 10 people. The space Inside the property there is a brand new private swimming pool, built in 2019, with a large solarium, outdoor shower with hot water and night lighting. The house is spread over two levels: the ground floor consists of a very large dining/living room divided into two rooms, from which you can access a very fresh veranda, "sa lolla", furnished with wicker armchairs and sofas and a table with 10 chairs, to enjoy a wonderful dinner in the open air... The same floor has a masonry kitchen complete with 2 refrigerators/freezers, an electric oven, a microwave, a washing machine and a dishwasher, with an adjacent kitchenette + a bathroom with a shower and, in the opposite wing of the house, a double bedroom + a master bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Upstairs there is a double room + elegant bathroom with shower, another double room, two double rooms and two additional bathrooms (one with shower and bathtub). The house is completed by a laundry room, a large area dedicated to parking and an outdoor shower with hot water. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the villa, except for a room in the kitchen area and an external technical room. The swimming pool is available from April 1 to November 30. Other things to note It is recommended to have your own vehicle (car, motorcycle...) to move outside the Community, since there are no supermarkets, restaurants, shops, bars.... To access these services, you need to go to Pula, a small town about 8 km from Saia.
