JONE OLIVAL is located on a 2,000 m2 plot with an orchard and olive grove in the small village of Poço Redondo, which is tranquil and quiet, a perfect place to relax while maintaining the human touch of an inhabited place. It is located 15 minutes away, between the Castelo de Bode Dam reservoir and the city of Tomar. It has everything you might need, but you also have the support of a local contact whenever necessary. The decor is a mix of rusticity with designer pieces in a house designed by an architect. The space The house has a large interior social space and another exterior, ideal for family and friends' gatherings. It is quite cool in summer thanks to the high right foot and the controlled solar gains in the architectural project, but it still has 2 air conditioners in the living room's common space. For the winter we provide firewood for the cosy giant fireplace and the four bedrooms have heater. It has a small indoor pool measuring 5.50 m x 3.50 m x 0.90 m, which makes use of an irrigation tank and is very safe for small children. The water is heated by a heat pump to 31°C from early November to late May, although the dates may be adjusted depending on the weather. Access is from the outside, although very close to the rear entrance of the house, so we provide bathrobes for use on site. The use of the swimming pool is exclusive to the guest. Outside we have a Balinese bed to relax, a small orchard where you can harvest fruit, basketball table and badmington field. In the courtyard of the house there is a barbecue for which we provide coal and fireworks for the first use. There is also a table, benches, a hammock and a hanging chair in the shade, so you can enjoy the best of the countryside and the company of friends. In the mezanine, the chill-out space of the house, also has some board games and a space dedicated to work. In the room there is also a socket with USB charger and the internet is high speed fiber. For babies we have a large cot, mute-frales and a high chair for meals. For the companion animals we have a large sleeping pillow, bowls for water and food and a litter box for cats. The green area of the property is sealed with a wall and a high fence network so that the animals can play at will and safely. Less than 15km by car has several river beaches to enjoy, on the banks of the Zêzere River. The charming Templar city of Tomar is less than 15 minutes away. The whole area is very quiet and quiet and we are sure you will spend a great vacation at Casa Jone! Guest access The swimming pool and outdoor space are private to the house. Summer guests are prohibited from using firewood and pine cones. To use the barbecue, you have charcoal, kindling and matches at your disposal. Watering or any other type of treatment of the plants is also prohibited, however, you can pick fruit, except when we previously advise you that you cannot do so due to some treatment in the orchard.
