Our Bed & Breakfast is a stone's throw from Lake Karapiro's water sports and rowing, with a 5 minute drive to nearby Cambridge town. A fully private 1 bedroom Annexe, while connected to the main house is fully independent so you can be assured of your privacy. Sofa bed for greater than 2 guests, if used for 2 guests an additional cost of $15 per night to cover laundering. Continental breakfast items provided to make breakfast when you are ready, whether this be early or later. The space Guests have dedicated kitchen and bathroom facilities with large separate bedroom with quality queen bed. This annexe is connected but fully separate from the main house. Full amenities incorporating lounge and dining room, private courtyard with own BBQ and alfresco dining with access to large 15 metre swimming pool. Guest access Private access to annexe that is independent from the main house so guests can come and go as they please, including ample private parking.
