The apartment is located on the side of the main house and it’s part of the house but there is no access to the house through the apartment or viceversa. The apartment is completely private and safe. There are motion lights at night that come on by the apartment gate, once you get in the patio, and once you open the door another one comes on automatically. Guest access The guest have access to the apartment and the fenced in patio only. Other things to note Dogs are allowed but guest is in charge of cleaning after the dog. Dogs are not permitted to jump on the beds. If the dog sheds a lot of hair, owner is required to clean the hair as much as possible.
