Podere Piazza is an estate, has its origin in the 15th century. The vacation home was built at the beginning of the 17th century. Podere Piazza was the residence of Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, who was appointed Archbishop of Siena on May 29, 1747. He was a Nobile di Montepulciano and Patrizier of Siena. The buildings of Podere Piazza still bear his coat of arms today. This also explains our little church, at the road junction, in front of it to the right to the pine avenue and to the left into the driveway. The space The house is one of the rare houses in Siena with a stunning view over the typical hills and mountains, for which Tuscany is known. Our estate is 1.5 kilometers away from the Porta Romana (the southern part of the city) and is located on an elevation so that our guests can enjoy the magnificent panorama. With visibility of up to 50 kilometers, Monte Amita (1700 meters), the central Italian landscape of the Crete Senesi and Montalcino, as well as Montepulciano can be seen from us. The city center can be reached on foot within 20 minutes. As our guest, you will stay in one of the best and most beautiful residential areas of Siena. Podere Piazza invites you to experience the tranquility and beauty of Siena and Tuscany. You can enjoy your vacation in a friendly and familiar atmosphere. The house is perfect for families and small groups (up to six people can stay in the house). The house offers plenty of space over the three floors. The great garden invites you to sunbathe and also offers plenty of space for children to play.
